Explore some of Amsterdam's natural areas with environmental educator George Steele searching for resident and migrant birds.

Explore some of Amsterdam's natural areas with environmental educator George Steele searching for resident and migrant birds. Once a month from May-September he will lead a bird walk, 7AM at Port Jackson Boat Launch. Each walk will go for about two hours and will include crossing over the Gateway Overlook and walking into Riverlink Park and return to the Boat Launch. Birders from beginners to experienced are welcome. Tips and tricks for identifying and enjoying birds will be shared. Binoculars will be available for those that don't have them.
